I took Leah skating for the first time with a few of her little friends after our Wednesday playgroup. It went well...she was able to get balanced on the ice by herself. By the end she even shuffled forward for a few seconds. Defininately still some work to do, I was trying to get her to get up on standing position by herself and she looked like bambi on ice (cute, but limbs everywhere!).
Leah spent a good amount of time down on the ice but didn't seem to mind

Kyle and Jillian are both quite good on the ice (not hockey-good, but good enough to get around by themselves). I'll be taking Leah out regularly during the week and hopefully she's up and going by herself this winter.
