Sibling handprints I made at
Pottery Parties in the Hills. I did this with all 3 of the kids in July 2008 when Leah was only a few months old. I love that I have a permanent marker of her tiny newborn handprint alongside Kyle and Jillian's.
Jillian's braids...she has taken up braiding both her own hair and anyone else who will sit for her. Leah is often a willing subject. Jillian is quite good at it and loves to admire her own handiwork. I love that Leah's often stick out to the sides, a hairstyle only a 3 year old can pull off.
My new energy monitor...it is SO cool. I can constantly see how much we are spending on energy per hour, and keep a daily tally for each 24 hour period. It is very cool to turn on/off certain appliances and instantly see the difference.
My aluminum industrial grade bakeware. A big thank you to my friend Carol for introducing me to these because they are fantastic. They heat up so evenly and are a breeze to clean. They look brand new even after being used many times over. They work very well in my nice new double oven.
Finding my favourite greek style yogurt at Costco. Let me just say I really hate low fat and nonfat yogurt in general. But this brand of 0% fat greek style yogurt is so good.
Leah's latest pose. Every day Leah asks me to take her picture once she is all done up for the day. And lately she always does this little pose with the arm out. I have absolutely no idea where she got this from but it is very cute.
That I get to see my niece in just a few short days to wish her a very Happy Birthday...Aunt Rhonda can't wait to see you Alicia!
