Cave adventure

One of our days at the cottage was spent in nearby Collingwood where they have something called the Scenic Caves Adventure.  We've been here before, a couple of years ago.  They have a bunch of caves you can explore, plus a large suspension bridge with a beautiful view of the whole area.

walking on the suspension bridge, and on the tractor heading back to the park from the bridge

It was interesting going through the caves with a 2 year old.  Some of the areas are quite hard to navigate, but Jeff and Leah got through no problem.  I held Jillian's hand for the hard parts (although she was fine for most of it all by herself) and Kyle was able to get through on his own without any problems.  I was quite impressed with all 3 kids.  Some of the caves are small and tight to get through.  Kyle and Jillian went right on in without hesitation, all the way to the back of the caves.  Leah was quite the adventurer as well, happy to explore.  We even encoutered a bat at one point!

After the bridge and caves it was time to hang out in the playground and ride the train...Leah loved the train and insisted on riding a second time.
