We woke up Christmas Eve to find Jingle climbing into Kyle's gift. We certainly have enjoyed having a silly elf in our house for the past month. The kids were eager to open their Traditional Christmas Eve gift - pjs, book & tree ornament.
The kids were having a bit of fun with Jingle before putting him on the tree. He went back to the North Pole with Santa, I think he had fun though and will be back next year.
Christmas eve is spent at Nana & Granda's house with family. My Mom hosts a party each year where we see my Aunts and Uncles who live nearby. It was extra special this year with 2 new additions to the family, my sweet nephew Noah and my cousin Sharleen's adorable son Nolan. My kids were spoiled as usual by my Aunts. One of my favourite gifts is Black Beauty for Jillian from my Aunt Dee. I still have my copy of Little Women my Aunt Dee gave me for my 12th birthday (and it is still one of my favourite books).
We finished off the evening with posing in new Christmas Eve pjs and putting cookies out for Santa. 
This picture makes me smile. The funky pose by all 3 kids is what I got when I asked for a Christmas Eve pj picture in front of the tree. They sure do like to show some personality!
